High PM2.5 days: how to go about your daily life
PM2.5 is very fine dust that hangs in the air. Herbalife Thailand material (source on the image: Samitivej Hospital) suggests these ways to look after yourself when dust levels are high.
When you go out
- Wear a face mask that can filter PM2.5
- Avoid outdoor activities — for example, exercise indoors instead
At home and at work
- Keep doors and windows closed
- Use an air purifier at home or at work to help filter the dust
Everyday basics
- Eat a varied diet with vegetables and fruit
- Drink enough water and get enough rest
