Pakkawat & Pakcarwan Songkul, Independent Herbalife Distributors, run the Well Nutrition Hub website and are the data controller for personal data you give us through the website and our contact channels. This is not a website of the Herbalife company.

2. Information we receive
When you visit the website
- The website has an "Ask us to contact you" form on the business opportunity page, which you can also open from a button on product, article, about and order pages. Details reach us only when you fill it in and press send. There is no account sign-up.
- Our visitor counter creates a random per-tab code stored in your browser and sends it to the counter to count visitors and people online. Article and news read counts send only the name of the page read.
- When you press a LINE, WhatsApp or call button, our counter records the time, the button, the page and where the visit came from in an ad or link we shared (the source, campaign and search term in the link) to measure advertising in aggregate. It does not record who you are and does not record Google or Facebook click IDs.
- The counter's code does not record names, IP addresses or browser details in its database, and the website does not install a Facebook Pixel.
- The website uses Google Tag Manager from Google to measure visits and clicks that come from Google ads. When a page opens, your browser loads a script from www.googletagmanager.com and Google receives technical data such as your IP address and browser details. By default Google's tags do not use advertising or analytics cookies (Google Consent Mode); they use these cookies only if you press "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you don't accept, the tags can only send signals that don't use cookies.
- When a page opens, your browser connects to outside providers: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google Fonts (fonts) and YouTube (video thumbnails on pages with videos). These providers receive technical data such as your IP address and browser details under their own policies. See the cookies section below.
- The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure overall visit statistics, such as pages opened, referring websites and page load times. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies.
When you contact us
- When you contact us on LINE, WhatsApp or by phone, we receive what the app or you send, such as your display name, phone number, messages, products you're interested in and photos you send.
- Replies to messages you send to LINE @wellnutritionhub may be drafted by our AI assistant. For now, our team reviews every AI-drafted reply before it is sent to you. Our team answers questions about prices, orders and personal health.
- When you share personal health details, such as a medical condition, medicines you take or pregnancy, the system is designed not to send that message to the AI provider and to pass it to our team to answer instead.
When you use the contact form
- The name we should call you, your phone number and/or LINE ID (at least one, whichever you enter), your topic, the product name or code when sent from a product page, your country of residence (Thailand or outside Thailand), plus your province or country name if you choose or enter it (optional), any message, the page you sent it from (and whether you came from our LINE account) and the time sent
- The details are stored in our database on Cloudflare (D1) and can be viewed only by the site operators through a password-protected page. We do not store your IP address from the form.
- Please do not include health information, ID numbers or payment details in the form.
When you order
- The recipient's name, phone number, delivery address, items, quantities and payment details, including the transfer slip if you pay by bank transfer
21-day programme
- What you record on the 21-day programme page is stored in your browser. The page's code does not send it to us, so we do not receive it.

Messages in your own app can be deleted from that app.
